Founded to Serve Our Community
Your Choice of Training Program was founded in 2019 by Evelyn Pinto, RN, with a commitment to providing exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) education throughout Rhode Island.
Since opening our doors, we have proudly educated and prepared many students to begin rewarding careers in healthcare. Our goal is to give every student the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to provide compassionate, safe, and professional care.
Our CNA training program combines classroom instruction, skills laboratory practice, and hands-on clinical experience, all under the supervision and guidance of experienced Registered Nurses. This approach allows our students to develop a strong understanding of patient care while gaining real-world skills they can confidently apply in healthcare settings.
At Your Choice of Training Program, we are dedicated to serving communities throughout Rhode Island by making high-quality healthcare education accessible and supportive. We believe great caregivers begin with great training, and we are committed to helping each student build a strong foundation for their future in healthcare.

Our Community Impact
300+ Students Trained Annually
Helping hundreds of individuals each year take their first step toward a rewarding healthcare career.
Supporting the Healthcare Workforce
Preparing skilled and compassionate CNAs to meet the growing needs of healthcare providers and the people they serve.
Creating Career Opportunities
Providing practical training that can open the door to employment and continued advancement in healthcare.
Hands-On Training with Direct Supervision
Our approach to CNA education is built around direct, hands-on learning and dedicated supervision. During clinical training in the nursing home, our students are not simply paired with other CNAs and left to learn by observation.
The CNA Program Coordinator personally leads the clinical experience. The coordinator takes a resident care assignment and works directly alongside the students, demonstrating proper techniques, providing instruction, and supervising students as they develop their skills in a real healthcare environment.

Real People. Real Impact.
Every year, our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program prepares more than 300 students to begin meaningful careers in healthcare.
Our students come to us with different backgrounds, experiences, and goals—but they share a desire to make a difference. Through hands-on training, classroom instruction, and practical preparation, we help students develop the knowledge, confidence, and essential skills needed to succeed as CNAs.
